Role is based in the United Kingdom, with branch locations in Birkenhead and Chester.
Job Description
You will be the first point of contact for branch customers, delivering outstanding, accurate service in every interaction. You will support customers with general banking requests and guide them to the right products and services.
* You’ll guide and support branch customers, helping them achieve their financial goals.
* Proactively find ways to continually enhance our customer banking experience.
* Support your development by achieving a Foundation Certificate in Responsible Banking and further training.
* This role does not meet Skilled Worker visa sponsorship requirements.

Your Working Pattern
Typical hours are branch opening hours, usually 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with rotational Saturdays and bank holidays.
