Are you an experienced Senior Care Assistant or a Care Assistant looking to advance your career? We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our supportive and inclusive community within our homes.
In this role, you will work alongside care assistants to deliver high-quality care to residents. Responsibilities include observing, reviewing, and finalising care plans, assisting with social activities, and supporting the training and supervision of junior and new colleagues in line with Akari values.
