The Role
No two days on supply are the same, but your core mission remains constant: supporting pupil progress.

General Support: Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management in KS1 and KS2.
*
Interventions: Leading small groups for Phonics (Read Write Inc/Jolly Phonics), Numeracy, or Literacy boosters.
*
1:1 Support: Providing dedicated aid to pupils with mild SEN (Autism/ADHD) to help them stay on task.
*
Adaptability: jumping into new classrooms and quickly building rapport with children and staff.

What We Need From You

Experience: Previous experience working with children (School, Nursery, Coaching, or Care) is essential.
