Location: Warrington, United Kingdom.
We are looking for a People Advisor to join Vistry Services at our Warrington office, supporting across the North West and Midlands regions. The role focuses on generalist HR support and employee relations, with a strong emphasis on coaching staff and driving employee engagement.

Responsibilities
* Provide day‑to‑day generalist HR support to managers and employees.
* Guide and coach stakeholders on employee relations matters.
* Support employee engagement and development initiatives.
* Maintain accurate records of ER cases and manage documentation.
* Assist in the onboarding of new starters and managers.
* Lead exit interviews and develop action plans.
* Support absence management and Occupational Health referrals.
* Contribute to HR projects and provide management data and insights.
* Attend regional board meetings and engagement forums as required.
* Monitor regional People KPIs and collaborate with the People Business Partner.
* Advise employees and managers on HR policies and their implementation.
* Deliver employee‑relations skills workshops.
Requirements

* 5 GCSEs/GCEs (including Maths and English) or equivalent.
* CIPD Level 3 or higher.
* Background in HR with complex employee relations experience.
* Good working knowledge of employment law.
* Strong analytical, organisational and prioritisation skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook).
* High accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Understanding of GDPR.
* Team‑working and collaborative skills.

* Professional decision‑making in ambiguous situations.

Role Summary
As a People Advisor, you will work within Vistry’s People Team, providing HR support across multiple regions, improving Employee Relations processes, and contributing to the overall People Strategy of the organisation.
