About The Role
We seek a part-time (3 days/week) Head of Workout Content & Celebrity Talent to join our early-stage team. This role involves working with celebrity and Tier 1 athletic talent to develop workout programmes across strength, boxing, yoga, dance, and more. You'll also coach and train users via classes on our platform using our innovative technology.
Responsibilities
1. Develop world-class workout programming, from 10-minute classes to 45-minute sessions across modalities like strength, yoga, dance, and boxing.
2. Source and onboard celebrity athletes, Olympians, and sports experts.
3. Coordinate with talent to plan workout content for video shoots, negotiating deals with top-tier talent as needed.
4. Arrange and oversee video shoots at dedicated studio spaces.
5. Supervise editing to ensure high-quality content is uploaded on schedule.
6. Collaborate with Data Science and Product teams to incorporate technical considerations and ensure content aligns with technical capabilities.
7. Test workout forms and tracking accuracy on our smart mirror, providing feedback to improve product features.
8. Contribute to content roadmap and strategy, focusing on modalities like boxing, pilates, strength, yoga, dance, and core exercises.
Requirements
* Extensive experience in athletics and sports training, especially in coaching or personal training roles.
* Engaging, lively personality to motivate at-home workout users.
* Ability to demonstrate and lead workout classes, explaining techniques clearly and engagingly.
* Experience sourcing top talent and managing schedules.
* Exceptional organisational skills for coordinating shoots and talent availability, aiming for efficiency (6-7 classes/day).
* Proficiency with spreadsheets and online platforms for workout programming.
* Experience with Slack, Asana, and similar tools.
* Ability to test and explain product features at our London HQ and studio.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-oriented.
* Must be able to commute regularly to London HQ and studio.
