Your Role
As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving new retail distribution points for our globally recognized client. Your mission? To sell high-quality products within the Independent Retail Sector, including convenience stores, CTNs, and grocery outlets.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales and distribution targets to meet agreed KPIs across various accounts.
* Build strong customer relationships and identify new distribution opportunities.
* Adopt an entrepreneurial approach to uncover key accounts with bulk distribution potential.
* Maximize brand presence within your sales territory.
* Ensure all relevant calls are completed as per your territory plan.
* Maintain expert knowledge of the client’s business and products.
* Provide quality feedback to your line manager to support business growth.
* Complete all administrative tasks to a high standard.
What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, you should possess:
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Previous experience in a sales or retail environment, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
* Strong relationship-building skills and a proven track record in sales techniques.
* Experience in remote field activity and achieving sales targets.
* Strong organizational and planning abilities.
* Analytical skills and the ability to influence change.
* A full and clean driving license.
Working Conditions
Your working hours will be from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, primarily field-based with occasional HQ visits and offsite meetings. You will have the flexibility to manage your own territory while being supported by a dedicated team.
What We Offer

* Competitive salary of £25,000 - £27,000 per annum, plus a 10% performance-related bonus.
