As a Retail Team Leader, you'll play a key part in the day-to-day success of the store, including:
1. Leading and supporting your team to hit store targets.
2. Delivering excellent customer service and handling queries professionally.
3. Keeping shelves full, tidy, and visually appealing.
4. Assisting with stock deliveries and backroom organisation.
5. Acting as a keyholder, including opening and closing the store when required.
