Brook Street Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client in the Dargan Crescent area for a full-time, permanent Sales Support Specialist to join their growing office-based sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in sales support, customer service, or a customer-facing role who enjoys building relationships and delivering exceptional service.
The Role
We are looking for a proactive, motivated, and hardworking individual with a positive attitude and strong communication skills. You will play a key role in supporting the sales team, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and ensuring customer enquiries and orders are handled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
* Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Maintain and update customer records and information systems
* Complete KPI and performance reports as required
* Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
* Make outbound calls to existing customers (no cold calling involved)
About You
* GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above) or equivalent
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
* Motivated by achieving results and delivering high service standards
* A team player who works well across departments and performs effectively under pressure
* Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for customer satisfaction

* Minimum 1 year's experience in a sales or customer service environment
* Experience building relationships with business and corporate clients
* Confident using CRM systems
* Positive, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and driven with a "can-do" attitude

* Competitive salary of £27,000 - £29,000 depending on experience
