About the role
In the Early Talent function, the recruitment team ensures our clients attract the most suitable early‑career talent, putting candidate experience at the centre. We design recruitment processes and assessment psychology for clients such as Worldpay, Evercore, HaysMac and Danone, and collaborate with the Early Talent Attraction and Development teams to deliver a holistic Early Talent Strategy.
Responsibilities
* Lead the day‑to‑day delivery of high‑volume Early Talent Recruitment Campaigns under the Head of ET Recruitment, covering pipeline management, application screening, online tests, interview coordination, assessment centre facilitation and offer management.
* Manage relationships with internal and external project stakeholders, from the Key Accounts team to client CEOs, driving projects forward and owning outcomes.
* Coordinate and lead internal teams to meet key project deadlines in attraction, selection, assessment design, DE&I, hiring targets and timelines, with guidance from the Head of Recruitment.
* Create, maintain and present data dashboards, using insights to steer overall account strategy.
* Partner with the Candidate Experience team to onboard them into the process and support their development.
* Collaborate with clients to design bespoke and inclusive assessments aligned with their culture and values.
Qualifications
* At least two years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience in an in‑house, RPO or agency environment.
* Proven track record managing large, high‑volume campaigns.
* Strong understanding of DE&I and experience advocating for it.
* Experience with an ATS and data reporting; essential skills.
* Deep knowledge of the Early Talent market, especially in recruitment.
* Strong analytical abilities and capacity to produce campaign wrap‑up analysis.
* Intermediate proficiency in Excel for data analysis and visualisation.
* Exceptional communication skills, both internal and external.
