Senior HR Generalist
Requirements
* Policy Development: Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and initiatives aligned with Larian’s environment, goals, and ethos. Ensure policies are communicated effectively to employees and applied consistently across the organisation.
* HR Systems: Develop and implement HR systems and procedures across the organisation.
* HR Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records, update HR databases, and generate reports related to employee demographics, turnover, and other HR metrics to support business decision-making.
* Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues, grievances, and conflict resolution. Help ensure a positive work environment and address any concerns or disputes that arise.
* Benefits and Compensation: Assist in conducting compensation and benefits analyses and make recommendations for adjustments.
* Employee Life Cycle: Manage the employee experience throughout the employee life cycle.
* Performance Management: Assist in implementing and managing performance appraisal systems, ensuring strategies and processes remain aligned with the company’s talent management and workforce plans to enhance engagement and support business growth.
* Compliance: Ensure compliance with labour laws, employment regulations, and company policies. Stay up to date with changes in labour legislation and make necessary updates to HR practices and policies.
* Training: Assess training needs and apply and monitor training programmes.
* HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects, including organisational restructuring, process improvements, and HR software implementations.
Requirements
* Proven working experience as an HR Generalist
* People-oriented and results-driven
* Up-to-date understanding of current pay rates, benefits, and industry trends
* Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
* Knowledge of HR systems and databases
* Excellent active listening, negotiation, collaboration, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
* Experience working in fast-growing companies and creative industries
* Demonstrable ability to own, execute, and deliver on short- and long-term projects.
* This is a full-time, on-site role, requiring your presence in the office to support collaboration
