Your Responsibilities
* Collaborate with your store team to impress our customers at every interaction.
* Deputise for the Store Manager across all store operations.
* Assist in managing the store, including achieving sales targets and motivating the team.
* Support and train the team to succeed and embody the 'Tapi difference'.
* Help induct new Tapi colleagues.
* Drive sales to meet and exceed personal targets.
* Deliver outstanding service to all customers, surpassing expectations.
* Assist in maintaining the store's appearance and support promotional activities.
* Handle customer complaints effectively.
* Ensure customer satisfaction to encourage recommendations and repeat business.
* Continuously seek improvements for customers, colleagues, and the business.
* Use Tapi technology to accurately input customer order details.
* Comply with all health, safety, and security requirements.
