We're looking for an Administrator who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to administrative schedules.

Key Responsibilities
Contract Administration
1. Prepare, review, and maintain service contracts and related documentation.
2. Monitor contract compliance, renewals, and performance indicators.
3. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments regarding contractual matters.
4. Maintain accurate records, reports, and filing systems.
5. Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and procurement documentation.
6. Ensure all administrative processes comply with company policies and legal requirements.
BICS Training Duties
7. Deliver BICS-certified cleaning and hygiene training programs.
8. Conduct practical demonstrations and classroom-based instruction.
9. Assess trainee competency and maintain training records.
10. Support staff development and refresher training initiatives.
11. Ensure cleaning procedures align with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
12. Promote best practices in cleaning operations and infection control.
Compliance & Health and Safety
13. Ensure adherence to COSHH, health and safety regulations, and company procedures.
14. Conduct audits and inspections where required.
15. Support continuous improvement initiatives across cleaning operations.
Required Qualifications
16. BICS Trainer qualification or relevant BICS certification.
17. Experience in contract administration or facilities management.
18. Knowledge of cleaning industry standards and procedures.
19. Strong administrative and organizational skills.
20. Good communication and presentation abilities.
21. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Skills
22. Experience in training delivery and staff coaching.
23. Understanding of compliance and quality assurance processes.
24. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
25. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
