About The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity in a great organisation working with people who are passionate about what they do. You will never be bored in this diverse and varied role providing advice and guidance to our colleagues and managers and supporting them to deliver our strategic objectives. You will be responsible for making sure all our colleagues have a positive experience of working for one of the top Charities in the South West. This might be advising them about our policies and procedures, their pay or other terms and conditions or guiding managers to support and manage their teams in the best way and in line with our values of Grounded, Inclusive and Nourishing. You will enjoy a busy and varied workload and a diverse and truly generalist role. You will have the opportunity to get involved in exciting strategic projects that will really make a difference to the lives of all our colleagues.
About You
You should be passionate about providing a professional and friendly service to our busy colleagues and able to support them through all of their employee life cycle. You will need to have had extensive HR experience with the ability to be able to plan and manage your busy workload, and cope with competing deadlines and a range of customer needs. You should have the skills to improve our processes and support managers to embed new systems and policies. You will need to have had experience in advising managers on cases and managing their teams as well as recruiting new colleagues to our Group.
