We are seeking a talented and creative mid-weight experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and digital media, with the ability to create visually compelling content that aligns with our brand identity. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

Job Description
* Working as part of a talented in-house design team, you will create high-quality digital & print content for a variety of channels.
* Design and maintain high-quality visual content for various marketing materials, including Point of Sale, sales presentations, social media graphics, website banners, and digital mailers.
* Work with our NPD team to design & develop creative product and packaging concepts.
* Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all materials. -Create compelling visuals for online and instore product launches.
The Individual
* Graphic design experience, ideally 3+ years' experience working full time in the creative industry
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
* Excellent layout, analytical and creative skills.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
* Ability to work well independently and alongside a wider design team.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with other teams and use feedback to develop final concepts
* Make sure designs meet guidelines and are consistent across formats
* Work on multiple projects at once while consistently adhering to deadlinesOther duties as requested.
