Duties
* Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including overseeing food and beverage service, maintaining rigorous hygiene standards, and ensuring an exceptional Front of House experience for all guests.
* Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent service delivery and adherence to food safety standards.
* Collaborate with the Kitchen team to maintain high-quality food production and presentation.
* Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
* Foster a positive team environment through effective team management and leadership practices.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant, including outside areas.
* Support the Restaurant Manager in implementing and managing special events.
Experience
* Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant or hotel setting is essential, with a focus on supervisory roles.
* Culinary experience is highly desirable, along with knowledge of food preparation techniques and wine service.
* Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices within the kitchen environment.
* Experience in team management, demonstrating leadership capabilities in guiding staff effectively.
* Familiarity with serving techniques and customer service excellence is crucial.

Pay: £29,500.00-£35,400.00 per year
