Gardner Champion Solicitors is seeking a Solicitor specialising in Residential Conveyancing to join our established and growing property team.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
* Handling a range of matters including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Remortgages
* Transfers of equity
* Providing clear, timely, and practical advice to clients
* Maintaining high standards of compliance with:
* SRA regulations
* CQS requirements
* Internal quality and risk procedures
* Liaising professionally with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
* Using case management systems efficiently to progress matters
* Contributing positively to the wider property team and firm culture
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
* Experience in residential conveyancing (NQ+ welcome with relevant experience)
* Ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* A professional, client-focused approach
* Comfortable working within structured processes and quality standards
* Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to contribute to continuous improvement
