About the role
We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at One Stop, a subsidiary of Tesco. In this role, you'll work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments, and maintaining store appearance.
Your responsibilities include engaging with customers, encouraging feedback, working across store areas, following safety procedures, participating in community events, understanding store performance, and ensuring safety and policy compliance. If the store has a Post Office Local, duties will include Post Office operations, requiring background checks.
