Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate culinary professional to join our team at Chop Grill & Bar. In this position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation while working in a dynamic kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in accordance with the restaurant's menu.
* Assist in the management of kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to health and safety standards.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to create exciting new dishes and menus.
* Supervise junior kitchen staff and provide training and support as needed.
* Maintain inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a busy restaurant environment.
* Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Passion for food and a creative approach to cooking.
