A fantastic career opportunity has arisen for a Regional Property Manager to join my client’s established agency located in Bracknell.
You will deliver exceptional property management and maintenance service to clients and tenants, ensuring that contractual and legislative responsibilities are met and exceeded.
Working hours:
1. As a Regional Property Manager, you’ll be required to work Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
Our client is offering the successful Regional Property Manager:
2. £40,000- £45,000 (Depending on Experience)
3. £50,000 - £55,000 OTE

As a Regional Property Manager, your role will involve:
5. Maximise current and future income opportunities.
6. Ensures that the team focus on and maximises referral and recommendation opportunities
7. Monitor performance against targets and service levels
8. Drive, implement and continually re-enforce changes to processes and systems with an emphasis on efficiency and improvement and ensuring full and effective use by all staff
9. Manage a team - providing focus and direction
10. Investigate and resolve queries and problems
11. Liaise with third-party suppliers to arrange works to be undertaken
12. Develop and build strong relationships with key clients
13. Liaise/negotiate between landlords and tenants
To be considered for the Regional Property Manager role you must have:
14. Have excellent communication skills over the telephone
15. Be ARLA qualified (desirable)
16. Driver’s license & own vehicle (insured for business use)
17. Have accurate administrator skills
18. Be highly organised with acute attention to detail
19. Be quick to learn and follow procedures
20. Have previous customer service experience
21. Stay calm and positive under pressure
