At ISL, based in Sandbach, Cheshire, we operate a supported living project dedicated to offering intensive support to individuals with complex mental health issues, including those with forensic histories. Our service supports 5 people in self-contained apartments, enhanced by the latest assistive technology. We aim to support individuals to live as independently and confidently as possible. What you’ll do
* You will provide outcome-focused, person-centered support that promotes independence and maximises opportunities for the people we support. Your role will include:
* Supporting with medication management
* Teaching and encouraging life skills
* Assisting with daily living tasks
* Facilitating community access and engagement
* Providing emotional support
* Helping manage tenancies
* Liaising with other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive the best possible support
Who we’re looking for
* We need full-time (37.5 hours) and part-time (23.5 hours) staff ready to work across day and night shifts, working around a 7-day rota. Full induction is provided. The shifts range from 8-8 day and night, 10am-6pm, 10am-10pm.
