CLAIMS HANDLER Nouvo are delighted to be partnering with a client who support household names within the insurance world whilst ensuring the client is given a 5-star service This role will be to organise and administer client’s insurance claims on behalf of insurance companies. Job Summary: As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and coordinating claims from start to finish. This includes organising schedules for Contract Managers/Surveyors, liaising with policyholders, trades, and clients, ensuring timely completion of work, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service, meet service level agreements (SLAs), ensure GDPR compliance, and report key information to the Operations Manager.
