A strong understanding of individual vendor requirements for your specific sites is essential. You will also be expected to communicate effectively and maintain strong working relationships with both customers and drivers in your region. Additionally, you will coordinate and manage the logistical planning of collections and deliveries, ensuring resources are used cost-effectively and overall performance is optimised. All responsibilities must be carried out while working within defined KPIs and customer SLAs, consistently delivering service excellence. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll take ownership of planning and coordinating vehicle movements in line with SLAs and business expectations You’ll be responsible for the efficient allocation of vehicles, making smart, cost-effective decisions that optimise fleet usage and reduce reliance on subcontractors You'll also negotiate with third-party providers to secure the best value for outsourced movements You will play a key role in maintaining accurate transport documentation, completing timely internal and customer reports, and using data insights to drive continuous improvement Working closely with branches, drivers, and subcontractors, you'll ensure smooth communication and seamless delivery of service, always keeping the customer at the heart of what we do What We’re Looking For We're seeking someone who can manage transport activities within our TMS, minimise aborts, support planned maintenance schedules, and uphold high standards of customer service.
