Job Description
3. Supervise a small credit team.
4. Manage credit control processes to ensure timely payments and minimise outstanding debts.
5. Oversee daily operations within the credit team to maintain smooth workflows.
6. Develop and implement procedures to improve credit management efficiency.
7. Monitor customer accounts and liaise with stakeholders to resolve payment issues.
8. Prepare financial reports and updates for senior management.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
10. Collaborate with the wider Accounting & Finance department to support business objectives.
11. Provide guidance and training to team members as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Supervisor should have:
