Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care and emotional support to children and young people Promote independence, safety and wellbeing Follow individual care plans and adapt strategies where required Maintain clear and accurate records using IT-based systems Work collaboratively with internal teams and external professionals To support the delivery of safe, fun and adventurous activities to the highest possible standard. Maintain effective communication with service users, families, and team members to create a supportive and caring environment. Accompany service users to appointments and activities.
