Calling all Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioners We have two vacancies for Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our successful team, in our newly resourced 109 place nursery.
If you are ready to play, can bring enthusiasm and energy, are reliable, ambitious for the children in your care, motivated to develop your own practice, brimming with ideas, love working in a team and are willing to go that EXTRA mile, then we want to hear from you.
We are a diverse and unique school and nursery in the heart of Southsea, committed to delivering excellent outcomes for all our children. As part of this busy and varied role you will be a key worker to a group of children, implement activities to support children's development and learning and maintain accurate developmental records.
What are we looking for in a Nursery Practitioner? Someone who:
* is qualified to at least level 3 in childcare
* has prior experience of working within a nursery setting
* has a good working knowledge of the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage
* is keen to learn and wants to make a difference
* is a role model and enjoy working with children
* is flexible in working practices
* is able to communicate effectively on all levels
* is able to use their initiative and work independently where appropriate
