This is an opportunity to assist with the allocation of council houses and garages through the Council's Allocation Policy and provide initial advice to potential tenants and those seeking accommodation. You will also administer and process all applications for housing and associated documentation to maintain waiting lists, ensuring applicants' data is up to date, accurate, and compliant with relevant data privacy and protection legislation.
This post is considered Regulated Work with Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. It is an offence to apply if you are barred from working with protected adults. Additionally, if you have lived or worked outside the UK in the past 10 years, an overseas police check may be required.
