Purpose of Position:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service superstar to deliver the very best service to our customers and internal technical team and that the administration systems are being operated in line with company procedures.
Core duties will include, but not be limited to.
A high level of customer service is provided to internal and external customers
Able to stay calm and multitask between face-to-face customer contact, emails and answering the phone
The business sales and administration systems are being carried out as per the Company procedures
High level of accuracy in processing transactions
Able to learn and make suggestions to improve processes
The customer services area and office are kept in a professional and presentable manner
Workplace and team oriented – working as a team member and contributing to a positive environment
Start date to be negotiated but required as soon as possible to enable training to be undertaken. The training will be done in Novus Wigram Christchurch branch.
