You’ll partner closely with the CEO and founding team to define the systems, rituals, and rhythms that make Pynea exceptional- not just in what we build, but in how we build it. Flow & Execution Own the product engine: set the pace, protect the work, and keep everyone building Define what great internal handovers look like - between product > design > engineering - ensuring speed without compromise Run agile rituals with precision, and evolve them when they stop serving the team Design handoffs and sync points across product, design, and engineering that create speed, not friction Catch blockers early. Keep things moving forward- always!
