Description
Manage production schedules and stock levels with tolling partners.
Coordinate volume requirements and raise purchase requisitions.
Prepare and ship components to tollers and monitor order progress.
Run regular calls with tollers and maintain MRP parameters (e.g., safety stock, lead times).
Prioritise tolling activities based on customer needs and business strategy.
Act as point of contact for goods-in queries and coordinate sample processes.
Extract and analyse SAP performance data for KPIs.
Investigate warehouse stock errors and attend operational meetings.
Ensure compliance with SOX and ISO standards.
Coordinate disposal and documentation archiving processes.
Support administrative tasks such as process order printing.
Profile
We\'re looking for a collaborative and organised individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working with data to drive improvements. You should have:
Degree or equivalent knowledge in supply chain or related field.
Experience with SAP/ERP systems and strong proficiency in Excel and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
Background in procurement or stock control.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
CIPS/APICS qualifications desirable.
Fluency in English; additional languages beneficial.
