We serve Herefordshire and parts of Powys, operating Hereford County Hospital and community hospitals in Bromyard, Leominster, and Ross-on-Wye. Worcestershire is our neighbouring county, and the post holder will need to travel between sites.
With over 3,500 staff, we pride ourselves on being a great place to work, blending the busyness of a DGH with the benefits of working in a beautiful rural county. We offer a good work-life balance and support staff development.
Trust Chairman Russell Hardy states: "The strength of the Trust is its staff; it’s a great place to work, develop your career, and reach your potential."
Our core values—Care, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence—are central to everything we do. We are committed to providing the right care, in the right place, at the right time—always.
