We’re looking for a commercially minded and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our digital strategy across paid media, SEO, CRM, and web infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-savvy marketer with a passion for multi-channel campaigns, a sharp analytical mindset and a drive to deliver measurable impact across the full marketing funnel. £40,000 - £50,000 per annum Working hours Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week Remote working with occasional travel 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays Yearly bonus based on company performance Private medical health Duties and responsibilities: Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure alignment with marketing goals Oversee and enhance CRM systems, including reporting, automation, and lead management Monitor and analyse digital campaign performance to inform strategy and improvements Maintain and optimise website content and structure to support SEO and user experience Plan and execute paid media campaigns across relevant platforms Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver effective digital marketing initiatives Continuously test and refine landing pages and conversion funnels Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and competitor activity Support the efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing-to-sales pipeline Skills and experience required: 2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing within a fast-paced B2B environment B2B product marketing experience Experience managing marketing agencies to drive performance Demonstrated success in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns Familiar with digital advertising, SEO/SEM, CRM systems (HubSpot essential), and content management platforms Comfortable working with website tools and basic coding principles (e.g. HTML) Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance and continuous improvement Excellent communication and project coordination abilities Collaborative, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work
