DESCRIPTION: As an HR Generalist II at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission to enable customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. In this position, you will partner with managers and HR Centers of Excellence to support a high-performing culture across the organization. You will provide comprehensive HR support spanning employee relations, performance management, organizational change and development. Working in a collaborative environment, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to positive change while developing your HR expertise with an industry leader. Key focus areas include managing employee relations to enhance workforce performance, supporting organizational change initiatives, working on process improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. You will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees alike, providing guidance on HR policies, talent development, and engagement programs that align with our values of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation and Involvement.
