Logistics Administrator
Salary: £32,500p.a.
Hours: Monday – Friday (9am – 5pm)

The Role
This is an opportunity for someone with experience in transport or logistics who’s confident working with drivers, depots and customers in a fast-paced environment. This is an admin role at the heart of the operation, keeping jobs logged, queries resolved and freight moving.
Day to day, you’ll be:
* Handling collections, deliveries and bookings on the pallet network system
* Working directly with drivers, depots and customers to solve problems
* Supporting morning and evening driver despatch
* Managing claims, discrepancies and invoice queries
* Printing labels/barcodes and keeping records accurate
* Coordinating with warehouse/storage teams on inbound/outbound pallets
* Covering colleagues as needed to keep the office running smoothly
