Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Invoicing Administrator to join our team. This role requires a versatile individual who is confident using their initiative, has a working knowledge of invoicing processes, and is comfortable juggling various administrative responsibilities. If you’re organised, meticulous, tech-savvy, and enjoy supporting a busy office, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities of the Invoicing Administrator:
1. Produce approximately 750 sales invoices per month, cross referencing engineers' job sheets, price lists, quotations, and previously raised invoices to ensure accurate values.
2. Produce sales credits when required.
3. Ensure accurate coding to the appropriate nominal/general ledger code.
4. Raise quotations.
5. Provide general administrative support to Directors, administration, and finance teams as needed.
6. Process customer requests, update records, and ensure timely follow-up on queries.
About you:
1. 1–2 years in a similar role, ideally in a small to medium enterprise.
2. Experience with Sage 50 is essential.
3. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
4. High attention to detail, organisational skills, and accuracy.
5. Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
