Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Maximise every member and guest’s experience in our club.
* Support sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the club.
* Be a competent key holder, covering shifts as required.
* Understand and operate the membership software system.
* Stay updated with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus, and participate accordingly.
* Support the Fitness Manager with Gym Floor activities.
* Experience the products and services on offer.
* Ensure the facilities are always maintained to a high standard.
* Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
* Handle member complaints professionally and inform the relevant manager.
Qualifications
Need to be:
* Outgoing with a positive mindset.
* Competent with administrative duties.
* Driven and ambitious, eager to learn and develop.
* Willing to participate in learning opportunities for growth.
* Able to fulfill operational key holder duties.
* Passionate about fitness, administration, and customer service.
* Flexible to work shifts and support the team as needed.
* Target-focused to support sales and retention goals.
