This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled chef with a passion for seafood to lead a talented team and take charge of menu development in a thriving coastal setting. The Role: Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum Tips Contract: 9.5 months of work (February to December) with 12 months pay Leave: 2.5 months off over Christmas (occasional texts but no work required during this time) Accommodation: First 3 months provided, assisting with your move to the Isle of Wight Daily Covers: March to June: 250 per day June to September: 500-600 per day (working 7 days a week during peak season) Shift Patterns: Busy periods: Expect to work 4-5 double shifts per week, with 2-3 days off. Off-season: Enjoy 2.5 months of downtime (with pay) over the Christmas period, offering excellent work-life balance.
