The Role
As a Payroll Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our payroll processes and ensuring accurate data input. You don’t need prior payroll or HR experience—if you’ve worked in a clerical or administrative role and have a knack for handling data and deadlines, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
* Input and maintain payroll data with precision and accuracy
* Assist with payroll reporting and documentation
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely submission of payroll information
* Prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines and manage competing demands
* Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies
* Support general administrative duties as needed
Working Hours
* 25 hours per week
* Monday to Friday
* Flexible start and finish times to suit your schedule
About You
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* A proactive and flexible approach to work
