Looking for a dynamic UK based person with good organisation skills to handle our enquiry process through to invoicing.
Responsibilities
* Handle enquiries and process invoicing.
* Maintain communication with customers.
* Maintain online spreadsheet applications (e.g. Smartsheet).
* Use Xero accounting software.
* Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
Qualifications
Good telephone manner, team player, excellent IT skills, knowledge of curtain and blind industry, understanding of installation processes associated with the products.
Availability
Initially 2-4 hours per day (Mon-Fri).
