BENEFITS: - Pay from £16.50 £18.63 per hour (Worcester Depot) - Pay from £19:23 - £28.68 (Tamworth Depot) - Guaranteed minimum 8 hours per shift - Breaks are paid - Free on-site parking - Automatically enrolled in company pension after 3 months - Entitled to Holiday Pay WORKING PATTERNS AVAILABLE: Monday to Friday - 0600-1800 and 1800 till 0600 - additional Sunday work available time to time REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: - Category CE (Class 1) - Newer drivers welcome - Valid CPC - Valid Digital Tachograph Card - Maximum 6 points on license - Shunter will be required to work from both sites when required - shunters will not be issued with tablets to input data. They will need basic Excel knowledge, as the role involves completing paperwork on clipboards and then entering simple details into a spreadsheet. Full guidance will be provided, but a basic working knowledge is essential. - Shunter will be responsible for opening containers doors/manual handling - self-motivated and good communications with use of a hand-held radio to the office - computer Experience Outlook- Emails to customers and client's - Excel knowledge - Data entry into spread sheet. - Legal compliance- system check for asset service week and Mot's due. - Reporting defects using web-based system.
