Procurement Manager
Location: Chelsea, London
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

We are delighted to be representing one of London’s most refined luxury residential interior design studios. Known for delivering elegant and meticulously detailed interiors for HNW private clients in London and internationally, they combine artistic vision with precise, exceptional execution.
As the studio continues to grow, they are expanding their procurement team and are now seeking a Procurement Manager who loves organisation, process, supplier management, and ensuring projects are delivered flawlessly. You’ll play a crucial role in bringing design concepts to life, making sure FF&E, finishes, and bespoke items are sourced, ordered, tracked, and delivered with absolute accuracy.
This opportunity would be ideal for a Procurement Coordinator, Procurement Manager, FF&E Coordinator, Procurement Lead or similar with proven experience in the luxury residential interiors sector, and who is confident using procurement tracking systems, Excel and supplier management tools.

Office: Chelsea, Central London
Hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Duties:
* Procuring FF&E and bespoke items from approved and new suppliers
* Managing purchase orders, pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules
* Liaising with suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors to ensure accuracy and quality
* Managing logistics, shipping, customs, and site delivery coordination
* Maintaining and updating procurement trackers and documentation
* Supporting the design team during project installations and snagging phases
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Procurement specialist role
* Experience in a luxury residential interior design studio
* Strong understanding of FF&E procurement and logistics
* Confident using procurement / tracking tools and Excel
* Excellent supplier coordination, negotiation, and communication skills
* Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
* Calm, solutions-focused attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced studio environment
