We’re now looking for an experienced and passionate Global Creative Manager to lead our in‑house creative function as we continue to grow our global presence.
This is a brand‑new role within our design organisation – reporting to the Head of Design – and you’ll be responsible for shaping, scaling, and inspiring the talented team of creatives who bring Muzz’s brand to life across the world.

Join our creative team of 5 designers and help us shape the next chapter of Muzz’s visual storytelling.
You’ll be both a hands‑on creative and a leader, managing our global creative output across regions and ensuring world‑class quality, consistency, and impact.
* Lead a global creative team: Manage five regional Creative Leads (based in London, Pakistan, and Egypt), guiding and supporting them to produce best‑in‑class content for their local markets.
* Uphold creative excellence: Ensure that everything we produce – from videos and motion graphics to ASO and social assets – is visually engaging, on‑brand, and culturally resonant.
* Be hands‑on: Step in to support projects where needed – reviewing storyboards, art‑directing shoots, or creating visuals yourself.
* Manage international freelancers and workflows: Oversee our network of freelance designers, videographers, and editors, ensuring smooth delivery and efficient use of resources. This is key to ensuring the creative team can scale.
* Collaborate closely with the Creative Strategist: Partner with our Creative Strategist to ensure data‑driven insights inform the creative output and to refine content direction based on performance.
* Streamline creative processes: Introduce systems and tools that help the team produce high‑quality content faster while maintaining brand consistency.
* Champion brand consistency: Own and evolve our visual brand guidelines across channels and regions.
* Support global storytelling: Work closely with marketing, product, and regional teams to bring the Muzz story to life through campaign visuals, video shoots, and creative activations worldwide.
* Travel occasionally: Be open to supporting regional shoots and creative projects as needed.

* Brand guardian: You’re passionate about brand identity and storytelling, ensuring every piece of creative reinforces who we are and what we stand for.
* Cultural awareness: You have deep empathy for diverse audiences and understand how to adapt creative ideas to resonate with Muslim communities around the world.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in creative roles (design, motion, or video), including 2+ years managing or leading a creative team.
* Proven experience delivering creative content for global or multi‑region campaigns.
* Strong portfolio showing your creative range and leadership in managing others’ work.
* Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) and Figma.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Based in the UK and able to attend our London (Aldgate) office at least twice a week.
Bonus Points
* Experience leading creative teams in tech, media, or consumer brands.
* Background in performance marketing or growth creative.
* Experience working closely with brand strategists or data‑led marketing teams.
* Understanding of Muslim audiences and culture.
* Experience working in a fast‑paced, global startup environment.
