About The Role
Location:
Herefordshire based essential. Work from Home predominantly but occasional meetings are required.
Position Type:
Part-Time 15-20 hours per week over set hours to be arranged.
Salary Range:
£26,000-£27,500 pro-rata dependent upon knowledge and experience.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised HR, Finance, and Compliance Assistant to provide administrative and operational support across Human Resources, Finance, and Compliance departments for a number of Companies within the responsibility of the Director. This role requires a high level of confidentiality, accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure that organisational processes remain aligned with internal policies and external regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Support
* Maintain employee records in HR systems and ensure documentation is up to date.
* Assist with recruitment logistics: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, onboarding new hires.
* Support payroll and payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leave) and processing monthly journals.
* Help implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.
Finance Support
