We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Cost Assurance function as Senior-Level Cost Consultants or Associate Director. This role offers the opportunity to work on some of the UK’s most high-profile infrastructure projects, providing commercial assurance and strategic insights into project costs.
Ideal candidates will have a solid background in construction cost management, with a particular focus on NEC contracts and major infrastructure delivery.
Key Responsibilities
o Lead cost assurance activities and forensic reviews across large-scale projects.
o Interpret complex contract documentation, particularly under NEC3/4.
o Evaluate contractor cost submissions for compliance and accuracy.
o Deliver high-quality assurance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
o Develop and manage risk-based audit and verification plans.
o Mentor junior team members and contribute to developing internal capability.
o Engage with client teams, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
o Support the integration of digital tools for data analysis and reporting.
About You
What we are looking for in our next team member:

Qualifications
o Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject such as quantity surveying, construction management, accounting or commercial finance.
o Holds or is working towards an appropriate professional body membership (e.g., MRICS, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.).
