We are seeking a talented individual to join our Aviation Claims team at Marsh Risk. This role will be based in Norwich. It is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with key stakeholders and clients as required.
* Oversee day-to-day operational activity of the team, including guidance through change, data delivery, and MI reporting.
* Ensure the team meets SLAs, KPIs, and business objectives through effective management of people and processes.
* Manage and prioritise own and team workloads to meet deadlines and targets while maintaining quality of service.
* Proactively manage team performance to achieve quality, compliance, and productivity targets.
* Carry out regular one-to-ones with team members.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships, utilising effective communication with colleagues, clients, and third parties, and manage challenging situations effectively.
* Communicate effectively at all levels, including business strategy and objectives.
* Build and maintain a positive and supportive team environment that encourages motivation and effectiveness.
