We'd like you to join us as a Senior Support Worker at our service Woodland Court based in Caterham.

What you'll be working:
Your hours are based on a rota working every other weekend.
* Full time hours
* 42 hours per week
* Working dayshifts.
What you'll be doing:
* Smooth day to day running of the services
* Staff Management
* Record Keeping
* Data Entry
* Support Worker duties at times to support the team
What you'll have:
* Desirable; Minimum of 1 years` experience in the Health and Social care sector
* Desirable; Level 3 NVQ or QCF Diploma in Health & Social Care or be willing to work towards
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Great Communication Skills
* Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual.
* Great leadership skills.
