Role Description
This is a full-time role for the leadership role of two Michelin star Alex Dilling at Hotel Café Royal. This role is for an experienced manager, calm and someone who understands the world of fine dining. The General Manager will work closely with the kitchen and service staff to create a seamless dining experience. This role is Tuesday to Saturday (5 dinners one lunch per week). We are a small team and this is an opportunity to shape your role and drive a restaurant with three Michelin star ambitions.
The future general manager must be comfortable and competent in people management and doing administrative tasks that assist with the functioning of the restaurant.
Qualifications
* Must have 5* / Michelin star / Fine Dining background
* Must have good people management skills and be strong on restaurant adminstration.
* Strong Communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong customer service orientation
