Working hours: Friday 12-6 & Saturday 9-5
We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join us. Reporting into the Sales Manager, you will be working as part of a team responsible for the service and care of our customers and colleagues.
As Receptionist you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, visitors and colleagues entering the dealership. You will also be answering the phone in a warm and welcoming way and directing calls to the correct departments.
* Taking telephone enquiries
* Transferring calls to the correct department
* Welcoming and signing in any visitors
* Dealing with day to day administration
* Maintaining sundry and kitchen areas
* Making drinks for any visitors
* Previous customer care experience
* Strong administration skills
* Experience of managing your own workload
* Attention to Detail
* Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
* Friendly and welcoming in nature
* A full driving licence would be beneficial
Founded in 2003 by Michael Smyth and his three sons, David, Peter and John, Swansway has grown from five motor dealerships in Cheshire and the West Midlands to the 20 dealerships we have today.
