What You Will Be Doing:
* Supporting the Store Manager in leading a motivated retail team
* Inspiring and coaching your team to deliver outstanding customer service
* Driving sales and achieving targets to ensure store success
* Managing high stock volumes and deliveries in a fast-paced environment
* Ensuring strong retail standards, from stock management to visual merchandising

* At least two years of experience as a Retail Assistant Manager or in a supervisory role
* A background in fast-paced, high-volume retail, ideally from discount, variety, or value retailers

* A commercial mindset, with the ability to manage stock and drive sales
