We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks. This position requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in clerical duties, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients alike.
Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
* Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office records.
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
* Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using Google Suite.
* Maintain financial records and assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.
* Organise meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
* Support team members with administrative tasks as needed to facilitate workflow.
* Ensure the office environment is tidy and well-organised.
Skills
* Proficient in clerical and administrative tasks with a keen attention to detail.
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
* Experience with QuickBooks for financial management is advantageous.
* Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
* Strong computer literacy with the ability to adapt to new software quickly.
