About the role: * 320 pupils, ages 5-11 * Offering support to children in a classroom environment and has facilities to support pupils on a 1:1 basis in their own rooms outside the main classroom * Support the class teacher with preparation of work for the class and managing the class environment * High proportion of children come from non-English speaking families, some languages spoken include Somali, Urdu & Bengali * Work on a 1:1 basis and in small groups with children to support targeted interventions in areas such as reading, writing and speaking.
